| 2 1/2 | pounds | shrimp, cooked | |
| 1 | each | mango | |
| 1 | medium | papaya | |
| 20 | ounces | pineapple chunks | drained,, unsweetened |
| 11 | ounces | mandarin oranges | segments, drained |
| 3 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | |
| Dressing | |||
| 1/2 | cup | cream | |
| 3 | tablespoons | coconut milk | |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | mayonnaise | |
| 1 | tablespoon | ginger | freshly grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | lime juice | |
Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water, boil, uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender, drain and cool.
Peel mango and papaya and chop into chunks.
Combine shrimp, all the fruits and the dressing in a bowl.
Combine pasta and onions, place on serving plates, and top with salad mixture.
For the dressing, combine all ingredients thoroughly.

I made this for my bridge club. All eight gals including me loved it. The other seven asked for the recipe. It's easy to make and delicious. The lemon and fresh basil add a lot to the recipe. Interestingly enough, Kraft doesn't have this on their recipe web site even though it's one of their recipes.
