Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups tortellini cooked
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
1 cup zucchini julienne (cut into thin strips)
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
1 cup carrots julienne (cut into thin strips)
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 1/2 teaspoons basil crushed
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Combine first six ingredients.

Add remaining ingredients except walnuts.

Chill.

Add walnuts before serving.
