Ingredients

6 small tomatoes peeled
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 x artifical sweetener non-nutritive, equivalent to 1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons malt vinegar
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup lettuce leaves torn up

Directions

Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and salt.

Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves; top with vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.
