Ingredients

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano dried
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
2 tablespoons onions minced
1 tablespoon garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon sweet red bell pepper minced
4 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil light

Directions

In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except oil.

Whisk mixture while slowly drizzling in oil.

Let stand for 30 minutes to blend flavours.

Whisk again before using. Dressing can also be made in food processor.
