Ingredients

3 pounds pork roast, boneless
8 ounces tomato sauce can
3/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard ground

Directions

Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.

Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm. If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.

Yield 8 servings.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Highly recommended for first timers! (sorry, just had to comment). Although this presented a great laugh, I have also used red or chopped green onions for some bite. Add a slice of ham and you have a grilled ham AND cheese!
