Ingredients

4 each pork chops boneless, thawed
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar salad vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 medium onion sliced
1 large green bell pepper cubed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish.

Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper.

Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until chops are tender.
