| 4 | each | pork chops | boneless, thawed |
| 2 | tablespoons | peanut oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cornstarch | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1/4 | cup | vinegar | salad vinegar or apple cider vinegar |
| 1 | cup | pineapple juice | |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | medium | onion | sliced |
| 1 | large | green bell pepper | cubed |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper.
Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until chops are tender.

I made this recipe last year and it is bar far the best home brew I have ever tasted. The ginger gives it a unique "snap". (pardon the pun) I coulsd drink it all day!


A truly amazing combination of flavors. The dressing is divine, the warm and tart goat cheese combined with the sweetness of apple ring is truly out of this world.
