| 2 | cups | rice | cooked, cooled to room temperature |
| 1/2 | cup | strawberries | quartered |
| 1/2 | cup | grapes | halves |
| 1/2 | cup | kiwi fruit | quartered slices |
| 1/2 | cup | pineapple tid-bits | |
| 1/2 | cup | banana | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | pineapple juice | |
| 2 | tablespoons | yogurt, plain | |
| 1 | tablespoon | honey | |
| 1 | x | red lettuce | leaves |
Combine rice and fruits in large bowl.
Blend pineapple juice, yogurt, and honey in small bowl; pour over rice mixture.
Toss lightly.
Serve on lettuce leaves.

2/26/01- this is a great receipe, my family loved it. The only thing I will change next time I make it, is double up on the sweet and sour sauce, it was a little dry, but the flavor was excellent. Thank you for this reciepe.-Marilyn/Tx
