Ingredients

1 pound string beans sliced
2 each green chili peppers julienned
2 each red chili peppers julienned
1/2 pound tofu pressed & cubed
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce

Directions

Place the beans on a large serving platter and arrange the green and red chilies and tof cubes over the top.

In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar and chili sauce.

Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.

Jello Pudding Fudge

I am not sure what I did wrong. The mixture began to get thick, like pudding, before it ever came to a boil. Therefore, I could not follow the directions and allow it to boil for one minute. The result was like hot fudge topping for ice cream. I would like to know what I did wrong. The flavor was outstanding. It did not go to waste. I ran out and got some ice cream. But I would like to have fudge with the same incredible taste. vphillips
