Ingredients

1 pound spinach fresh
1 each garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sugar
1 x lemon zest grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds.

Toss with spinach and serve.
