Spinach Pear Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 each pears cored and thinly sliced
6 ounces spinach baby
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
5 teaspoons olive oil extra-virgin
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard grainy sone-ground
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground coarse
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated shaved

Directions

Combine pear slices and spinach in a large bowl.

Whisk all remaining ingredients except the cheese in a small bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with the cheese.
