Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds ground
3 each garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon black pepper fresh
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper dried, ground
2 cups pork cooked, cubed small
1 pound shrimp cooked, diced small
1 each cucumber peeled, sliced
1 teaspoon mint

Directions

Combine in a bowl the corriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers.

Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.

Toss lightly.

Sprinkle with the mint.
