Ingredients

3 pounds pork roast
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 teaspoon sage dried
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Place pork roast in Tender Cooker, add cider, sprinkle with sage and pepper.

Cover, add indicator, and cook on high for 30 minutes.

Swedish Nut Cake

I think this cake is better without the nuts in the icing. The icing melts into the cake, and it's SO gooey & delicous! I recommed this cake to anyone...it's SOOOO unbeleivable easy & fairly quick!!!
