| 1 | teaspoon | sesame seeds | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sesame oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soy bean paste | hot |
| 3 | lemon juice |
Clean and peel the cucumber.
Cut into slices, and then smaller pieces.
Add salt and mix.
Let salt soak in for 15 minutes.
Rinse cucumber and dry it.
Blend cucmber first then add sesame seed, sugar, soy sauce, hot soybean paste, and lemon.
Chill and serve.

Thanks for posting this amazing low fat cookie recipe! I posted a picture of my results. They were as good as they looked! Seriously, I had many people tell me that they were BETTER than "full fat" chocolate chip cookies! They're all begging me for the recipe!
