Spam Hot Vegetable Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

6 each kaiser rolls or whole wheat buns
1 can spam cubed (7 oz)
1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
1 each tomato chopped
1/2 cup broccoli florets finely chopped
1/2 cup carrot thinly sliced
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 tablespoons salad dressing, creamy ranch peppercorn

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F.

Cut thin slice from top of each bun; reserve.

Remove center from each bun, leaving a 1/2" wall.

Combine remaining ingredients.

Spoon into buns, pressing filling into buns.

Top with reserved tops of buns.

Wrap each sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.

Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
