| 1 1/2 | pounds | potatoes | smoked, cold |
| 2 | large | celery stalks | sliced |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | sliced |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | capers | |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise |
In a bowl, gently mix together the potatoes, celery, onions and capers.
Stir in 1/3 c lemon mayo, add more if desired.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve or cover and chill up to 2 days.
