Ingredients

2 pounds pork cubed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion sliced
2 each tomato cut in slices
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 each green bell peppers cut

Directions

In slow cooker mix pork with cornstarch.

Then mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on high for 10 minutes.
