Ingredients

2 cups flour, all-purpose
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1 each egg beaten
1/2 pound pork sausage bulk

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients.

Mix in rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
