Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup pork cubed, cooked
1/2 cup noodles uncooked
10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of chicken canned, condensed
8 3/4 ounces corn, canned, whole kernels undrained
1 tablespoon pimiento sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, very old, sharp shredded
1/4 cup green bell pepper finely chopped

Directions

1. Place 1 tablespoon butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistnat non-metalic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.

2. Add pork and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Drain off excess fat.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally.
