Ingredients

1 head cabbage medium, shredded
3 each carrots thinly sliced
1 each sweet bell pepper green, thinly sliced
2 each cucumbers peeled and diced
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large onion thinly sliced
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix liquids.

Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight.
