| 1/2 | cup | olive oil | |
| 3 | teaspoons | garlic salt | |
| 3 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 3 | teaspoons | black pepper | |
| 3 | teaspoons | paprika | |
| 3 | teaspoons | dry mustard | |
| 3 | quarts | fruit glaze |
Rub pork loin liberally with olive oil.
Combine garlic salt, jane's salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard.
Rub roast all over with seasoning mixture.
Place onto a rack in a roasting pan roast at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes or roast at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.

This is a superb recipe. I didn't use any vinegar (didn't have any in my cupboard), and added grater ginger, brocolli, red pepper, and thickley sliced mushrooms, and WOW! Looked great and was delicious. Definately a favourite.
