Ingredients

3 pounds cabbage shredded
1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 pound chicken seasoned, diced
2 ounces almonds sliced
2 packages ramen noodles chicken flavor, (save seasoning packets for dressing)
1 ounce sesame seeds toasted
Dressing
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 packets seasonings from ramen
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 x salt
1 x black pepper
1 x sugar

Directions

Mix cabbage, green onions, chicken, almonds, ramen, and sesame seeds together, set aside.

In a small bowl mix oil, vinegar, seasoning packets from ramen, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

Pour over salad mixture and toss well.

Bread Machine Onion Bagels

Very good! I live in Canada and my favourite place to go for onion bagels was Tim Horton's, but unfortunately most locations don't make them any more. These are just as good, if not better, because they have a Montreal-style bagel quality about them. I will be making them again!!
