Ingredients

6 cups romaine lettuce torn
2 cups tortilla chips OR 2 c corn chips
2 each tomatoes cut into thin wedges
2/3 cups olive ripe, slices
1/3 cup picante sauce
1/3 cup salad dressing, italian
1/2 cup cheddar cheese freshly shredded OR monterey jack
3 each bacon slices, crisply cooked, crumbled

Directions

Combine lettuce, tortilla chips, tomatoes and olives in large bowl. Combine picante sauce and dressing in screw-top jar or small bowl; shake to mix well. Pour over salad; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Serve immediately with additional picante sauce.
