| 6 | each | pork chops | |
| 1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 4 | each | tomatoes | chopped |
| 2 | cloves | garlic cloves | minced |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | |
| 1/2 | cup | black olives |
Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops until light brown.
Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper and basil.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, turn chops once.
Add olives and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.

This was a great recipe! Everyone loved it. We ate it after it had cooled about 30 minutes. I dont think it would be good cold. Good with tortilla chips or crackers.
