| 3 | slices | bacon | |
| 4 4 | ounces | pork loin chops | boneless, trimmed of fat |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | |
| 4 | ounces | egg noodles | uncooked, yolk free |
| 2 | cups | green beans | frozen |
| 1 | cup | apple cider | or juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | honey mustard | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | thyme | dried |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | cornstarch | |
| 1 | tablespoon | water |
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain well, crumble andamp; set aside.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Add chops and onions and cook 3-5 minutes until chops are golden brown, turning once.
Meanwhile, cook noodles to desired doneness, adding green beans during the last 4 minutes of cooking time.
Combine cider, mustard, salt, thyme and pepper.
Pour over chops.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
Remove chops and keep warm.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Add to juices in skillet and mix well.
Cook and stir over medium low heat until bubbly and thickened.
Boil 1 minute.
To serve, add bacon to gravy.
Pour over noodles, green beans and chops.

When individuals contemplate what to make for their Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, there's 1/2s usually more indecision regarding the side dishes. After all, the Thanksgiving turkey is perfunctory and Christmas will inevitably......
Turned out very well. My 12 year old liked it, and my 4 year old, though apprehensive, ate it without complaint. I removed the crust and fed it to our 11 month old too.


Quick, easy and tasty. Why order out for chinese when it's so easy to make at home. Low in fat only 223 calories per serving with great flavor. If you are quick you can have it ready in only 10 minutes, 15 minutes at the most!
