Ingredients

1 cup onion finely minced
3/4 cup garlic finely minced
2 tablespoons tiger sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Directions

Blend together all ingredients.

The technique used was to stab large holes in a pork roast, massage the sauce into the holes produced and marinate overnight.
