| 2 | tablespoons | knox gelatin | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | cold |
| 1 | large | pineapple chunks | drained, reserve 1/2 cup juice |
| 1 | cup | celery | sliced thin |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
| 2 | cups | cottage cheese | |
| 1 | cup | whipped cream | |
| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | cup | miniature marshmallows | |
| 1 | x | lemon | juice onlu |
Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water.
Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice which has been heated.
Mix all remaining ingredients together. Add gelatin mixture.
Mix well. Pour into container of choice. Chill until set.
