Ingredients

4 x pears coarsely chopped, (about 2 cups)
2 medium celery stalks chopped, (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup nuts coarsely chopped

Directions

Toss all ingredients.

Serve on salad greens if desired.

Swiss Steak (3 Versions, Stove Top, Crockpot, Oven)

I found this to be rather bland so I used a can of stewed tomatoes Italian blend. Even with this addition it still needs some more seasoning. I will add mushrooms next time. With a little practice this could be a winner!
