Ingredients

2/3 cup pasta, rotini
1/2 cup mixed vegetables frozen
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon basil or parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano dried

Directions

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Drain well.

Add vegetables and cheese.

Stir in mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.

Barbara Bush's Chocolate Chip Cookies

They are nice cookies, but I think two points have to be made. Firstly, the recipe as posted forgets to tell you when to add chocolate chips! I added them after mixing the dough and it turned out ok. Also, I only got 7 Cookies out of it. Mine were large, so you could probably get 10, but you should double or triple this recipe to get a large batch of cookies.
