Ingredients

18 ounces noodles spiral
5 each pickles, dill
15 ounces ham cooked
15 ounces cheese swiss or emmentaler
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons coffee creme liquid
5 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

1. Cook noodles as directed;drain.

2.Cut pickles, ham and cheese into small cubes.

3.Mix together mayonaise, coffee creme, chives(chopped finely) and lemon juice and stir it into the rest of the salad ingredients.

4.Let cool and taste again; salt more if nessesary.

Au Gratin Potatoes and Ham

Husband loved it and so did our dogs, and they won't eat everything. Really good and I made it on top the stove using baked then pealed potatoes and sharp cheddar cheese.
