Ingredients

1 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1 large garlic clove crushed
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons tarragon
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a salad bottle.

Shake well.

If keeping in the fridge, remember to warm up to room temperature about an hour before serving.
