Ingredients

4 pork pork chops 1 inch
1 x peppercorns
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic minced
1 each bay leaf crushed
1 x salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in a blender.

Pour over the meat, cover and chill, at least 6 hours.

Grill over medium coals.
