Ingredients

1/2 pound lobster meat cooked, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 x black pepper freshly ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Pack into decorative bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
