Ingredients

4 each pork chops
1 can chicken broth
1 each garlic clove chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet.

Brown pork chops on both sides (no need to cook them fully).

Add chicken broth, garlic, and spices.

Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
