Ingredients

7 ounces pasta, linguine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
12 1/2 ounces tuna drained
10 ounces green peas frozen
2 each tomatoes chopped

Directions

Cook Linguine according to package directions, drain.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, onions, sugar, Italian Sesoning, and salt, mix well.

Add HOT linguine; toss. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Cover; chill to blend flavors. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish as desired.

Refrigerate leftovers.

I think Id lost my mind if I didnt have this recipe! hehe! This is the most outstanding mocha coffee mix that I have ever had! Im in Arizona and you can use it after you make it in cup of hot water and use it for ICE COFFEE in Summertime!!! excellent stuff!
