1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon oregano crumbled
1 pound spinach fresh, washed, torn into bitesize pieces

Directions

Place steak in large plastic bag with mixture of 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, garlic and pepper.

Holiday Spinach and Artichoke Party Dip

This is my favorite dip, and I make it every year for New Years. I leave out the pimento, and I use marinated artichoke hearts (not rinsed). My family goes nuts for this, and there is never enough!
