Ingredients

4 each pork chops thick, or pork roast
1/2 cup croutons plain, slightly crushed
1/2 cup pesto, prepared
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped

Directions

Mix croutons, pesto sauce, and tomatoes.

Stuff pork chops or pork roast.

Bake, uncovered, at 325F-350 F for about 1 hour, or until brown.

Cover tightly with foil, and continue baking until done.
