Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers
1 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1 teaspoon cumin ground
1 teaspoon mint leaves dried

Directions

Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and thinly slice.

Mix remaining ingredients together, add cucumbers and stir together.
