| 2 | cloves | garlic | crushed |
| 500 | grams | beef | cut into strips |
| 185 | grams | snow pea pods | fresh and trimmed |
| 2 | each | zucchini | chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1 | tablespoon | oyster sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| Pineapple salsa | |||
| 1/2 | each | pineapple, fresh | fresh, peeled, cored and chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | chives | fresh and snipped |
| 2 | tablespoons | lime juice | |
| 1 | each | red chili peppers | fresh and chopped |
Heat oil in wok over medium heat.
Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.
Remove from wok and set aside.
Add beef to wok.
Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.
Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.
Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens to make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.
Toss to combine.
Serve with beef.
