Honey Beef with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic crushed
500 grams beef cut into strips
185 grams snow pea pods fresh and trimmed
2 each zucchini chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pineapple salsa
1/2 each pineapple, fresh fresh, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chives fresh and snipped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 each red chili peppers fresh and chopped

Directions

Heat oil in wok over medium heat.

Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden.

Remove from wok and set aside.

Add beef to wok.

Stir fry 2 minutes or until brown.

Add snow peas, honey and soy and oyster sauces.

Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens to make salsa, place pineapple, sugar, chives, lime juice and chilli in a bowl.

Toss to combine.

Serve with beef.
