| 1 | cup | powdered sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cocoa powder | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | vanilla wafers | crushed |
| 1 | cup | pecans | finely chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 3 | tablespoons | corn syrup, light | |
| 3 | tablespoons | rum | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | almond extract |
Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with cookie crumbs and pecans.
Add corn syrup, rum and flavorings.
Roll into 1 inch balls, and then roll in granulated sugar.
Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.

this recipe is great, i made it one day and me and my husband ate it all in one day
