Ingredients

2 pounds stewing beef 1 inch cubes
5 each carrots 1 inch pieces
1 large onion cut in chunks
3 each celery stalks sliced
1 can tomatoes large
1/2 cup tapioca, quick-cooking
1 whole clove
1 x salt
1 x black pepper

Directions

Trim all fat from meat.

Put all ingredients in crockpot.

Mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
