| 1 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | pineapple tid-bits | drained |
| 2 | cups | grapes, seedless | |
| 2 | cups | miniature marshmallows | |
| 3/4 | cup | gumdrops | omit black candies, cut fine |
| 4 | ounces | maraschino cherries | cut and drained |
| 1/2 | cup | pecans | chopped |
| dressing | |||
| 1/2 | cup | pineapple juice | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | vinegar | |
For the salad: Whip cream and stir all ingredients together.
For the dressing: Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool before adding to the salad.
Add cooled dressing, and refrigerate overnight.

Every year, individuals everywhere create New Year’s resolutions they hope to keep. Most of them are broken within weeks while one or two may last as long as a few months....
While I was reluctant to make this chicken, I must admit that this recipe is absolutely genius! It certainly does not taste low-fat at all and it pretty much goes with any side dish. Thank you!
