Ingredients

1 x beer to cover
1 x lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

Marinade meat in beer to cover, at least overnight, or longer.

Start fire.

Rub in lemon pepper seasoning on all sides, including any cavities and creases.

Cook meat on grill until done. This may be used for ribs, roasts, or chops.

May use Cavendar's instead of lemon- pepper.

30-Minute Beef Stroganoff

Very very tasty. I couldn't eat it fast enough. I'm so glad I found this site. I used beef broth instead of the water. Even the mushrooms were packed with flavor. Two thumbs up!
