| 1 | x | lettuce leaves | few, shredded |
| 2 | each | celery | sticks, sliced |
| 2 | each | tomatoes | chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | walnuts | chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | olive oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | wine vinegar | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | x | feta cheese | crumbled |
Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients except the cheese.
Sprinkle on a little cheese.
Cottage cheese or curd cheese may be substituted for feta.
Adjust seasonings.

This dish is surprisingly delicious! Easy & healthy - I'll make it often. Note - cut the amount of pasta in half, (8oz is plenty) and DON'T SKIP the lemon zest garnish at the end.
