Ingredients

3 pounds stewing beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup sauterne wine
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
1 can mushrooms sliced, drained

Directions

Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot.

Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours .

If desired, thicken gravy.
