Ingredients

1/2 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup onion diced
1/4 cup celery diced
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons ginger fresh diced
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest grated
1/2 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.

Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before using.
