Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dill weed fresh, minced
1 tablespoon tarragon minced
1 tablespoon chervil minced
1 tablespoon chives minced
1/4 teaspoon majoram fresh, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

Directions

Place oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a shaker bottle or large glass measuring cup.

Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.

The longer the better.

Add vinegar and shake or stir well to blend.
