Easy One-Dish Ham Bake

Ingredients

16 ounces broccoli, frozen rinsed and drained
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
1 can soup, cheddar cheese, condensed
1 cup milk
3 cups ham cubed, or smoked chicken or turkey
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix broccoli, soups, 1 cup milk, the ham and onion powder in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 inches.

Mix baking mix and milk.

Pour evenly over soup mixture.

Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.

Let stand at least 5 minutes.

Top Round Aromatica

This is a great dish if you love black pepper. I also add a bag of defrosted pearl onions to the last 5 minutes of cooking time and I cook my meat longer since we like very well done meat. I have made this twice and the quality of the meat really makes a difference.
