1 x asparagus spears
1 x salad dressing

Directions

Allow 4 spears of fresh asparagus per serving.

Dip asparagus in boiling water and drain immediately.

Pour salad dressing over asparagus, cover, and marinate overnight.

Serve on lettuce leaf.

Mihshi Malfuf Bi Zayt (Meatless Cabbage Rolls)

This is a really great recipe despite the deceptively simple ingrediant list.A wonderful vegetarian dish or cold snack.I mashed the chickpeas to make the filling easier to stuff.I also used brown rice.Really delicious!
