Ingredients

Crust
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter melted
2 tablespoons sugar
Cheesecake
1 x gelatin one envelope
2/3 cup water
16 ounces cream cheese softened
12 ounces chocolate chips semi-sweet, melted and cooled
14 ounces condensed milk sweetened
1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

Directions

For Crust: Mix crumbs, butter and sugar together in 9-inch springform pan; press firmly onto bottom.

For Cheesecake: Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan.

Let stand for 1 minute.

Stir over low heat just until gelatin dissolves.

Remove from heat.

Beat cream cheese with chocolate in large mixer bowl until fluffy.

Gradually beat in condensed milk.

Stir in gelatin mixture.

Fold in whipped cream.

Pour into prepared pan.

Chill about 3 hours or until set.

Run spatula around edge before removing.

Pork Chops and Fried Rice

I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was great. my family doesn't eat much but after dinner there was nothing to put away!! They all ask for it at least once a week. I added a little bit more bacon though and some vegitables.
