| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | each | egg |
Blend all dry ingredients, cut in crisco, add molasses and egg.
Form into roll and chill in fridge.
Slice thin and bake in 375 degrees F. oven 8 to 10 min.

This turned out really good. I didn't make the horseradish sauce, but the ribs were so tender the meat just fell off the bone.
